This
report is for the 2006 calendar year.
The DMG approved the cessation of all hydrologic monitoring through its approval of TR-07
on July 21, 1999. Therefore, the annual hydrology report was not compiled for 2006.
The sediment ponds did not discharge during the year. There was no consumptive use of
water during the year at the mine site.
The monitoring program includes the requirements of Colorado Discharge Permit System
Industrial General Permit Facility Number COG-850024 (CDPS Permit). Copies of
Quarterly Discharge Monitoring Reports have been provided, under separate cover, to the
Division at the same schedule required by the CDPS Permit. They are included in this
report by reference.
Please call if you have any questions.
Sincerely,
~`eK~
"J. E.
