The response is accepted at this time.
~~
DEPARTMENT OF
NATURAL
RESOURCES
Roy Romer
Governor
lames 5. Lochhead
Eaecuuve Dueaor
Michael B Long
Division Duecio~
Certain omissions did occur during 1994 and early 1995. However, the data
indicate a steady trend in water quality through May 1995. Please be advised
that any additional departures from the approved monitoring plan will result in
enforcement action(s). Recall that field parameters must be recorded quarterly,
and well TPW-1 must be sampled for a full suite analysis on asemi-annual basis.
Be aware that one more field parameter recording is required prior to the end
of June 1995, with two more required between July 1, 1995 and
December 31, 1995. One more full suite analysis also is required for TPW-1 later
this year.
Thank you for your cooperation.
Sin
Berry
nental Protection Specialist
