All information required by Rule 2.04.13 has <br />been addressed. The Division has the following comments regarding <br />the report: <br />1. Two more copies of revised Exhibit CC should be provided to <br />the Division to replace the current Exhibit CC in the permit <br />document. As the new map has only been updated to include the <br />areas reseeded in 1993 and the Division has reviewed it and <br />found it to be adequate, a revision will not be necessary. <br />2. With the work completed on the slope failures during 1993, the <br />10-year liability period was reinitiated. <br />3. Utilizing a portion of Blue Ribbon's seed mix (page 111) for <br />the regraded areas of the bench, which is in the grassland <br />community, is acceptable as the vegetation sampling completed <br />in June 1991 shows: <br />A. Two cool season sod-forming grasses, Western <br />wheatgrass and Intermediate wheatgrass, meet the <br />minimum five percent cover standard for each <br />species (standard is "a minimum of one cool season <br />sod forming grass which has a minimum relative <br />cover of five percent). <br />B. Forbs meet the minimum five percent cover standard <br />with 49.1 percent. <br />C. Woody stem density satisfies the 100 stems/acre <br />required with 119 stems/acre counted. <br />
