Section 34-32-110(4) of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act requires that,
"...the Operator shall annually file, on the anniversary date of
the permit, a Notice of Intent to Continue Mining Operations. The
Notice of Intent shall contain an annual fee of X50.00 and a map or
statement that shall indicate: (a) the land affected during the
previous year; (b) the land to be affected during the coming year;
and (c) any land reclaimed during the preceding year." Division
records indicate you owe E50.
