I had queried <br />you as to your knowledge with respect to an agreed upon date or deadline for submittal of the AHR report. <br />Your recollection was that you thought the deadline was the end of April. In searching the Permit text I <br />can find no definitive submittal date. My research tells me there is no definitive deadline for AHR report <br />submittal. <br />Recognizing the spirit our past conversation, I am writing this email to enquire if we can extend this <br />unofficial AHR submittal date to the end of May? <br />Also, to my knowledge, the collection of the required OMLLC's hydrologic data for 2002 is complete, we <br />simply need more time to prepare the report. <br />Thank you <br />Jim Kiger <br />OMLLC <br />04/28/2003 <br />
