The following responses are numbered the same as the review letter. I. EFCI has completed the requested ARR forms for the 2002 and 2003 reporting periods. Copies of these forms are attached hereto for your records. 2. EFCI has compiled two maps showing year of seeding for the I,oadout and Refuse Disposal Areas. Seeding and Interseeding dates and azeas are shown on Map 3, I.oadout Area. For the Refuse Disposal Area, seeding and reseeding dates and areas are shown on Map 2, Refuse Disposal Area Detail. These maps are being submitted as an addendum to the previously submitted 2003 ARR text and Map 1, Southfield Reclamation Map 2003. 3. EFCI calculated the acreage initially seeded at the loadout as approximately 14.5 acres, as shown in the 1997 ARR. In 1999, EFCI reseeded approximately 13.6 acres of the loadout, as shown in the 1999 ARR. The difference in averages determined by the Division and EFCI may be the total azea of the two sediment ponds and the railroad bed, which totals approximately 2 acres. 4. The azeas seeded greater than 10 years, reported as 9.3 acres on the 2001 ARR form, aze located on the east portion of the Refuse Disposal Area (RDA). The same acreage is reported on the 2002 ARR form since subsequent seeding on the RDA, totalling 8.9 acres, was completed in 1992. On the 2003 ARR, areas seeded greater than 10 years includes the 1992 seeding, for a total of 18.2 acres. Copies of the revised 2002 and 2003 ARR forms, attached hereto, include the revised information.
