(BMRI) - San Luis <br />DMG Permit No. M-88-112 <br />Bi-Weekly and Quarterly Water Sampling - September 27 - <br />29 and October 10 - 14, 1994 <br />Dear Mr. Dillie: <br />Enclosed are the analytical reports from Core Laboratories <br />for the bi-weekly and quarterly water samples collected <br />September 27 - 29 and October 10 - 14, 1994 as specified in <br />the April 1992 Abatement Plan. The cross-reference table <br />between sample identification numbers and sample locations <br />is attached. As specified in TR-006, calculated free and <br />:vad cyanide values for the process point samples are <br />enclosed. <br />No deviations from the sampling QA/QC protocols, TR-006, <br />were doted for any of the samples collected. Wills M-1, M- <br />9. M-10, M-11, M-12, M-13, M-13R, M-14, and D87-24 were <br />sampled. Samples were collected at surface water stations <br />RS-l, RS-2, and RS-5. Duplicates were collected at M-13R <br />and RS-1 for quality control. Field blanks and rinse blanks <br />were conducted as part of the field quality assurance <br />program. The five process points were sampled.
