Because <br />of some changes in plans now under discussion, and as a result of slaw down in <br />the mining plan, it may be necessary during 1980 for us to make a technical re- <br />vision to our approved application. <br />Reference is made to MLRB rules and regulations, effective July 1978, Sec. 2.40 <br />2.41 (1) There were 4.95 acres disturbed in 1979. Of the 4.95 acres, 1.94 <br />acres were mined and 3.01 acres were stripped prior to mining. <br />(2) There were 50,000 cubic yards of fill dirt placed in two areas out- <br />lined on the attached map. Also 2,000 cubic yards of top soil were <br />placed in an area north and west of excavation area. <br />(3) Not applicable <br />(4) Not applicable <br />(5) Not applicable <br />(6) Reclamation of areas north and south of pit are being backfill at <br />the present time. <br />(7) We expect to affect approximately 3.50 acres in the 1480 mining year. <br />This will be on the east side of mining stage I. <br />(8) The annual report date is February 22.
