Reclamation plans will be <br />followed per the original application plus any additional amendments. Any new disturbances <br />that will occur will still be within the permitted area. Any reGamation to be done will be done in <br />accordance with the plans. <br />The condition of the operation may or may not have had any prior disturbance to the <br />permitted area; <br />Specific measures that have been or will be implemented to comply with reclamation, <br />performance standards and Environmental Protection Plan requirements, if they are part <br />of the approved application inGude covering in some instances, seeding, or leaving it be <br />to be used later; <br />Plans for resumption of mining operations will be on an as needed basis depending on <br />the condition of the county gravel roads or other county necessities. If this mining <br />operation is not resumed, then seeding will take place along with measures to be taken <br />for reGamation as stated in the application's reclamation plan.
