For your information, we are enclosing a copy of the <br />Application and Report, o-+hicli ryas submitted concurrently to Weld County and the <br />State P1ined Land Reclamation Board. <br />Also attached is a letter dated January 11, 1980 from Ftr. Brad Janes, Mined Land <br />Reclamation, indicating an agreement needs to be reached with the Division of <br />4ildlife hefore they can proceed with a hearing. <br />The report shores the communications rye have had with the Division to date.
