Dept. of Pdatural Resources <br />July 18, 1977 <br />Supplemental Compliance Plan <br />As you know, Quillen Company requested in April to be under the compliance <br />plan for the following unpermitted pits: <br />Butler Ranch Pit <br />Craig Pit <br />Davidson Pit <br />Estey Ranch Pit #1 <br />Fedinec Pit <br />Villard Pit <br />Since that time, applications have been submitted for all byt the Craig Pit. <br />At the regular June meeting, the Board approved the following: <br />Butler Ranch Pit <br />Davidson Pit <br />Estey Ranch Pit #1 <br />Villard Pit <br />The Fedinec Pit application was not heard since more information had to be <br />supplied for staff review. <br />Quillen Company attempted to have the prescribed bonds for the 6 pits delivered <br />to the Board before July 1, 1977. Due to some problems with the mail, this <br />was not accomplished, and the bonds did not reach the Board until after the <br />July 1, 1977 deadline. Therefore, Quillen Company asks to be under the <br />"Supplemental Compliance Plan".
