Dist. #2 Pit <br />Our file nos. 78-95 and 79-216, respectively <br />Dear Mr. Rupp: <br />A continuance of consideration of the amendment to the Dist. #1 <br />Pit Taas granted by the Mined Land Reclam:ttion Board on November <br />19, 1980. I have noTa scheduled this item as well as considera- <br />tion of the Dist. #2 Pit application for the December 17-18, <br />1980 meeting. Before that time, I Taill need the adequacy <br />materials for the Dist. #2 Pit application (as previously <br />discussed). I will also need the replies to the adequacy <br />questions in my letter of October 29, 1980 concerning the Dist. <br />#1 Pit amendment. If a permit is approved for the Dist. #2 Pit, <br />the Cease and Desist Order against Fremont County can be lifted <br />and the Dist. #1 Pit amendment can be granted by the Board. <br />I will be in ttre field from the afternoon of December 9 through <br />December 12.
