After reviewing a copy of the application for the above-referenced Permit Amendment
we do not have any specific comments regarding the amendment. However, we do have
a request. Since the original permitting process also involved a Use By Special Review
Permit in Arapahoe County, we would request that the applicant provide the Arapahoe
County Planning Division a copy of the approved permit documentation, as well as, any
changes that have been made to the application since the initial submittal to your office.
