Staff Recommendation: Re-approval of permit application M-87-164 and transfer of
permit application from James E. Camilletti to Connell Resources, Inc. On
November 20, 1987 th MLRB approved 110 permit application M-87-164 for James E.
_ Camilletti. No_permit has been issued to date. No financial warranty has been
accepted. Connell Resources, Inc. has submitted a financial warranty for

Mineral Application and Succession of Permit Applicant.
