Section 4.05.6(7). certify that the , <br />, <br />West Pit Pond Dom was inspected by mt daring construction. 1 certify that the <br />embankment and spillway were buiti In accordance with the submitted design <br />drawings.. <br />Construction of this dam was begun on October 13, 1993 and was completed on + <br />+88426 <br />February 16, 1994. During constructlon, this dam was inspected daily to insure <br />compliance with prudent construction methods. Compaction was accomplished by <br />laying fill material in thin horizontal kryeirs and compacting with a front —end + <br />+ <br />loader and /or vibratory sheepsfoot roller.
