Enclosed are the following items: <br />1) Proof of Publication <br />2) Review by the Division of Wildlife <br />and 3) Proof of notice to adjoining landowners. <br />Should any additional materials be needed, please let me know as I am <br />handling the paperwork for Mr. Schneller. <br />There was apparently a misunderstanding as to when mining could commence. I <br />regret and apologize for the fact that mining did actually begin in the last <br />part of September.
