The applicant proposed to <br />reclaim the site for rangeland use. <br />The applicant is required to place a"copy of the application for public <br />inspection with the clerk of the county in which the proposed mine is <br />situated. This is intended to provide the application for public review and <br />comment. Please note that it is not intended to be made a part of public <br />record by recording. <br />The Division is tentatively scheduled to consider this application on <br />September 11, 1989.
