The correspondence is <br />presented as a supplement to a previously submitted objection letter. Of particular interest is the <br />mention of a 1991 legal case involving prior approval from local government. My understanding <br />is that prior county approval is not applicable for minerals permits. I will be forwarding this <br />message to the applicant. Let me know if you feel i[ is appropriate or necessary for [he Division <br />to take any further action in response to this letter. Thanks. <br />
