Listed below aze adequacy review comments on the above-captioned Regulaz 112 Application
for 105.41 acres. The decision date for your application is scheduled for December 1 I, 2001.
Therefore, I would appreciate a response from you on or before November 23, 2001. Any public
comments that we receive on your application during the interim will be forwazded to you.
Please be advised that your application may be deemed inadequate and may be denied on
December 11, 2001 unless the following adequacy review items aze addressed to the satisfaction
of the Division.
6.4.3 EXHIBIT C -Pre-Minine and Mining Plan MaD(s) of Affected Lands
1. The operator specifies on page 4 (Exhibit D -Mining Plan) that the River Valley Resource site
will be mined in 13 phases with a total of 84 acres to be mined. Exhibit C-1 Pre-Mining/Mining
Plan Map shows mine phases 1-3, but not the remaining phases 4-13. Please clazify the total
number of phases to be incorporated into the mine plan, and provide a revised mine plan map to
verify the correct number of phases to be mined.
2. Exhibit C-2 Pre-Mining/Mining Plan Map does not show cross sections for A-A, B-B, & C-C.
Please provide.
