The access <br />road is an extension of the existing road from Pit No. 2. When the pit is <br />reclaimed, the road will be eliminated, see Exhibits D and F. <br />2. The Reclamation Plan, Exhibit E, covers most or all of the items. <br />See the Seeding and Mulch Plan from the Soil Conservation Service. <br />3. Exhibit D of the Mining Plan: as each block of mining is completed, <br />the pit edges will be finished to a 4:1 slope. Small berms will be <br />placed around the mined out pit bottoms to help hold rain water in <br />the pit bottoms and to help reseeded vegetation take hold. <br />4. Calcium chloride is the only chemical planned for use for dust control. <br />A water tanker will be assigned to the project when it is in operation. <br />Water will be obtained from County shops only. <br />5. The County Surveyor has marked the boundaries with steel bar and crap <br />markers. <br />
