Long <br />Division Dveao. <br />All numbered items with the exception of No. 2, second paragraph, <br />have :oeen accepted and adequate. The option to include the Rodman <br />structures in the soil stability analysis and to mine at 25 feet is <br />denied. The Division refers the Applicant to adequacy review <br />letter dated October 7, 1992 as follows: <br />'Phe Division is requiring agreements with the two homeowners <br />on the west and east ends of the permit along F Street unless <br />the Operator makes a commitment that all mining activities <br />(including stockpiles) be no closer than 25 feet to dwellings, <br />fences, powerpoles etc. and that the pit be no closer than 200 <br />feet to any of these structures.
