Inc., Permit # M-99-098, Riverview Resources. The outstanding issues of concern [o [he objectors were
discussed, as well as Party Status and the Public Hearing Process for the Mined Land Reclamation Board. No
additional comments were submitted to the Division within five days of this meeting. However, the Division of
Wildlife did place a phone call to correct one error on the List of Objectors' Concerns: that they had proposed a 100-
yard setback from the center of river, not a 100-foot setback. Attached is the originally presented List of Concerns,
as well as the signed attendance sheet for this meeting.
If you have any further questions, please feel free [o contact me at (303) 866-3567.
Sincerely,
"1 '
~~.~~
Christina L.
