File No. M-2005-080 aS '% <br />Allen Pit 112(c) Monitoring Plan ~e~ "~q <br />Dear Ms. Bellantoni, <br />The Division proposed a monitoring plan and restrictions to mining in a letter dated September 8. 2006, based on <br />information the Division had reviewed as a part of the application review process. During the September 14`h Board <br />hearing, resulting in permit approval, the Division became aware of additional information which caused the Division <br />to change its recommendations related to the monitoring plan and restrictions to mining.
