LETTER
Upon reviewing your application for a Mining & Reclamation Permit, dated 7/23/81 ,
the staff has determined that it is deficient/incomplete under the Colorado, Mined
Land Reclamation Act, Article 32 of Title 34, CRS 1973, as amended (1976 Session
Laws, House Bill 1065).
The following items must be submitted in order for the application to be considered
as filed (pursuant to the MLRB definition of "filed" as found in RULE 1.1 (10) of the
Rules and Regulations of the Mined Land Reclamation Board, as amended, effective July
1978):
1) ADO1l.cation form items 19 and 15 (new 110 application forms enclosed).
2) Source of legal right to enter under application form item 8. and Exhibit G.
3) Legal descriptions of each of the pits to the nearest quarter quarter section.
4) Water resources information under Exhibit D.
As soon as these items have been received by the Division, the application for these 12
