Felix Lopez of the NRCS and myself has <br />reviewed the liter. Most of these concerns have been corrected. <br />PAGE 2 OF APPLICATION: Mark Luchetti Surveying is reviewing Legal description and the <br />San Acacio pit area is zoned agriculture. See zoning verification letter and legal description will be <br />mailed or faxed as soon at it becomes available. <br />EXEiIBft B, Section (b): Highway 142 is the only man-made stnrcture within 200' and there are <br />no fences. Highway 142 will only be used lightly, because County Rd P and County Rd 11 aze within 1/8 <br />of a mile from the site. <br />EXHIBTT C, Section (b): There is 3' of topsoil an site and availability of topsoil in various areas <br />of the county. Stabilization of topsoil will be by planting crested wheatgrass. <br />EXHIBIT C, Section (c) and E?CHIBTT D, Section (1) (a): Due to onsite visit, there is no <br />overburden stockpiles on site, but estimated overburden to be removed and replaced is 4"- 6". <br />EXHIBTT C, Section (1) (I): To minimize nmoff, NRCS states to spread or stockpile topsoil on <br />the bottom side of the pit to prevem any erosion. ~u,(~ ~-c~Anr~("Lu~ `ritperu~' <br />EXHIDff C, Section (k): The gavel pit operation will be away from the old landfill site. )f <br />refuse, acid or toxic-producing materials are exposed, the area will be cleaned uP and removed.
