Section 404 of <br />P. L. 92-500 and Section 103 0} P. L. 92-532. These laws require permits authorizing strucNreS and work in or alfecling navigable <br />waters of the United States, the disri,arge of dredged or till material into waters of the United Stales, end the transportation of <br />dredged material for the purpose of dumping it into ocean waters.
