<br />• <br />4~pport Facilities ~~ <br />iii iiiiiiiiniuiu <br />sss <br />Doc Date:12/11/2001 <br />EFMC operated three loadout facilities in the town of Trinidad while the mine was active. <br />These facilities, called Santa Fe No. 1, Santa Fe No. 2, and Burlington Northern No. 1 <br />were completely reclaimed after mining operations ceased in 1991. Full bond release for <br />the Burlington Northern Loadout became final on April 22, 1994. Full bond release for <br />the Santa Fe Loadouts Nos. 1 and 2 became Erna] on February 16, 1996. Descriptions of <br />the former loadouts can be found in Section 2.06.10 on pages 597 through 666 of the <br />permit application. These descriptions and compliance measures are no longer applicable. <br />Several mine structures remain at the mine site and are approved to remain to support the <br />postmining land use, as follows: <br />- Concrete Pads located at the former wash plant location <br />- Storage Building adjacent to concrete pads <br />- Steel Water Tank <br />- Shop Building <br />• Use of these structures for mining activities is limited to temporary storage of reclamation <br />equipment and supplies, and storage of the permit application and records for public <br />inspection. <br /> <br />682 Revised: 2/27/98 <br />d6~ar-Revisioa~4~t3 <br />~N -03 ~ ~-fig <br />
