We
will work only in the existing disturbed area. We do not plan on
enlargement at this time.
3. Yes. Some top soil has been stored on the site on the
southwest side.
4. No.
5. The top soil that is off-site is a big pile of top soil
that has been there for a long time. We don't even know when it
was put there. We will not tie taking any top soil from there
other than the existing pile. We think this top soil was piled
there when they terraced the orchard below the pile. lVe iaill not
disturb the existing top soil depth. To remove this top soil we
will use a track loader and return the site to its normal grade.
6. Yes we have the owners approval. The area is not
undisturbed as described in Exhibit R, No. S.
7. The top soil is so far away it would not be practical to
include it in the permit area. It is down towards the main bates
almost to the county road.
8. We will mine approximately 15 feet in the direction cf the
site.
9. We intend to back fill with overburden so it will not be
necessary to bench the fiigfiwalls. If it is needed we would bench
any areas that would be higher than the backfilled area.
10. We will be pushing all our rubble to t}ie east into an old
existing quarry. This will be reclaiming an old quarry that we
had nothing to do with.
11. Our access road and all the roads are preexisting roads.
If we develop any roads they would lie inside the permit boundry.
EXHIBIT C

See map included with this paperwork,
0
,~ _...
v . x
