Approximate locations of petroleum lines as depicted on the pre-mining and mining plan maps
aze insufficient. The Division requires that the Exhibit C maps depict exact locations of all
petroleum lines or, at a minimum, the known easement boundaries for such structures. Please
provide revised maps with exact pipeline locations or exact easement boundaries for these
pipelines. In the event that easement boundaries are defined on the maps, the Division will
require the recommended minimum setback distance of 55 feet be from the easement boundary
rather than the pipeline. The appropriate setback distance may not be applied from the pipeline
until the applicant has provided Exhibit C maps which clearly define the exact location of the
pipeline(s). Please respond.
3.
