As stated <br />in the report, any economic variation from the current norm <br />could, and probably will, radically change the time this mine <br />is in operation. <br />Exhibit E - Reclamation Plan <br />The basinal areas will have a gentle grade to allow drainage. <br />All topsoil stockpiles lasting more than one year will be graded <br />to no steeper than 3h:Iv and reseeded. The stockpile refered to <br />in the March 1, 1985 inspection is pre-law and has naturally <br />revegetated. The operator does not know the contents of this <br />stockpile but is assuming that it is a topsoil stockpile. <br />Exhibit L - Reclamation Costs <br />The operator agrees that the cost of reclamation has increased <br />due to inflation, but not to the extent as shown in your letter. <br />The operator suggests the following costs for reclamation. <br />P.O.
