All of these buildings are owned by Allen P. <br />Small Trucking and Excavation, Inc. <br />La Plata County Road 213 is within 200' of the affected area. and is a paved road which is more <br />than adequate for the truck traffic this use will produce <br />There is a utility easement running along CR 213 within 200' as well. with three underground <br />utih[ies. US WesdQuest phone line is approximately two' deep, LPEA~s powerline and <br />REAnet's fiberopt.ic line is about 4' deep.
