Permit #M-2007 is planning to develop and mine all <br />of the Southwest Y,, Section 30, Township 09 North, Range 52 West, Logan County, CO. KMIGT Fia's~a <br />high pi~essute gas pipeline that is located in the Southwest Ya of the Southwest'/. of Sectien 30, KMIGT <br />has held aseventy-five (75) foot right-of-way (ROW) through predecessor agreements by predecessor <br />companies since September of 1954. The actual location and depth of KMIGT facilities should pe field <br />located and flagged by KMIGT prior to any work being done in the vicinity of the pipeline In question. You <br />should coordinate the~location and flagging work with Colorado One Call, 1-800-922-1987. KMIGT's high <br />pressure natural gas pipeline Iles In the middle of the 75 foot wide ROW. <br />KMIGt must have access to the pipeline for normal and emergency maintenance. Any mining that is <br />done outside the pipeline ROW must be done such that subsistence will not occur in the pipeline ROW <br />even when heavy equipment Is utilized to perrorrn those pipeline maintenance activities. KM1GT will <br />remove any obsbvctibns on the pipeline ROW when normal or emergency maintenance is required. <br />KMIGt will not replace items other that those specified in the ROW agreement. Any proposed crossings <br />of the pipeline ROW ,by equipment of the quarry must be evaluated by KMIGt prior to any crossings. <br />Only crossings that have been approved by KMIGT can be done to protect the safety of the pipeline and <br />am van raMen Street • P.O.
