I received your faxed note on February 15, 2002, in which you request another 30-day extension to the decision
date for the above-named permit application. This extension is needed to allow sufficient time to prepare and
submit your adequacy response materials. I am approving this request, and have reset the decision date from
February 14, 2002 to March 16, 2002. (Since March 16, 2002 is a Saturday, the decision date will fall on the next
business day, being March 18, 2002.)
Please note that if, by the close of business on the decision date, your technical revision materials are not adequate
for approval or an extension is not requested, the revision may be denied. If additional time is needed, please
