All water <br />used will be returned to holding-settlement <br />pond. Some minute amounts of water will pos- <br />sibly be lost by dripping from haul trucks <br />to processing plant. Discharge permit is <br />being renewed. <br />2. Four wells have been redrilled by the applicant <br />for adjacent neighbors, whose lowering may have <br />been caused by the applicant. Any additional <br />wells will be redrilled by the applicant for <br />the neighbors if their lowering is caused by <br />the applicant's proposed operation. <br />3. See applicant's letter, attached, dated <br />June 3, 1977. <br />4. All proposed future vegetation has been recom- <br />mended by a local vegetation specialist, <br />Greeley's Soil Conservation Service, U. S. <br />Department of Agriculture, submitted and <br />noted in the report. However, the applicant <br />is "open" for any changes-suggestions from <br />the Reclamation Board and its staff, to <br />utilize water conserving vegetation in his <br />reclamation program. <br />
