The entire application <br />is on file with the Division .of Minerals and Geology (the "Division") <br />and the local county clerk and recorder. <br />The applicant/operator proposes to reclaim the affected land to <br />w;lA~;fP hah;rar ~ use: Pursuant to Section 34-32-116 (7)(j), <br />C.R.S., the Board is required to confer with the local Board of County <br />Commissioners before approving of the post-mining land use. <br />Accordingly, the Board would appreciate your comments on the proposed <br />operation.
