Mining of the area will disturb five to eight acre segments <br /> each year. Mining is expected to last for ten years. During <br /> years one and two - five to eight acre segments are expected <br /> to be disturbed. During year two another segment will be <br /> disturbed. During year three yet another segment will be <br /> disturbed while reclamation activities begin on the first <br /> segment disturbed. During year four another segment will be <br /> disturbed while reclamation begins on segment two and is <br /> finished in segment one. From year three forward there may be <br /> up to 24 .5 total acres disturbed at any given time. Please <br /> refer to the enclosed Table of Disturbance for more specific <br /> times for each phase of disturbance and the expected areas of <br /> each activity. If mining of the area begins in 1992 , it <br /> should be complete by 2002 with reclamation activities <br /> beginning in 1994 and being complete by 2004 . <br /> 2 . The new stream channel for Idaho Creek will be a permanent <br /> diversion and will be designed by a qualified engineer.
