Also <br />in that mailing was a description of the soils in the applications. <br />The final use for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers pit is to be wildlife <br />Jhabitat so the guidelines offered by the Division of Wildlife will be followed. <br />F.xhihif A <br />1. The correct legal description for the Adams pit is SE/4 of SE/4 of Sec 21. <br />2. The correct legal description for the Smartt pit is SW/4 of NE/4 of Sec 23. <br />Exhibit B and C <br />1. a) The estimated life for the pits are as follows: <br />Adams pit.......35 years <br />Clodfelter pit..20 years <br />Corps of Eng....15 years <br />Smartt pit......30 years <br />Etchart pit.....30 years <br />Dean pit..:.....20 years <br />Bent Co pit.....20 years <br />b) A mobile crusher will be used at all seven pits and load the product <br />directly onto a waiting truck to be carried away. <br />c) As you suggested, we will use Western Wheatgrass as our cover crop <br />for our stockpiles drilled at a rate of 16 PLS/acre (40 seeds/sq. ft). <br />
