PROOF OF PUBLICATION AND NOTICES
Proof of the publication of the Public Notice in the Greeley Tribune follows, as
does proof that the Notice was sent to the Weld County Soil Conservation District
and the Weld County Commissioners. A copy of the Notice was sent to all
registered property owners in the Weld County records within 200 ft. of the permit
boundary/affected area. This includes the only landowner, not otherwise notified,
who was within 200 ft. of the proposed access (Darrel and Nelva Bearson).
