This will conSrm our telephone conversation this a.m, regarding M1987-113 ML1tB. We would
like to go forward and get the permit re-instated or re-issued for the rig 94-acres.
As a formality we are willing to re-publish and re-notice the adjacent landowners. We would Idce to
request a hearing so we can go forward and get the MLRB Permit re-instated or re-issued sod begin
mining this property.
Previous to this request +/- 135-acres was merged into a different permit (now LaFarge/Bluestone
Pit); presently we have only 94acres remaining_ I believe that l3regg Squires at the MLRB office
handled the origina1135-acre request. We understand that we will also need to post a bond or
financial warranty.
