Let this letter serve as an apology for any inconvenience our <br />April 10th letter has caused and to clarify the information contained therein. <br />Stoker Paving and Construction Company, Inc., remains a Utah corporation and <br />continues doing business under said name in Salt Lake City. San Juan Concrete, n/k/a <br />San Juan Materials, Durango Construction and Pagosa Materials, were once sub- <br />sidiaries of Stoker Paving and Construction Company. <br />In March a corporate restructure took place whereas Four Corners Materials, Inc. was <br />created and the following companies became subsidiaries of this corporation: <br />Mountain Gravel and Construction Company (Dolores & Cortez, CO) <br />San Juan Materials (Farmington, NM) <br />Durango Construction Company (Durango, CO) <br />Pagosa Materials (Pagosa Springs, CO) <br />Please continue dealing with the company representatives as you have in the past, <br />including invoicing. We have enclosed a business card that contains all of the <br />addresses and phone numbers on the back for your information and use. <br />Thank you for your patience and cooperation.
