In general, there is no mention of the <br />traffic impacts of this mine. We anticipate some impact on the Interstate 25 <br />Service Road and the State Highway 119 interchange; however, traffic data <br />required to assess the degree of impact is not provided. <br />There are five access approaches to the frontage road shown on the <br />Reclamation Plan. Any new access or relocation, reconstruction, or change <br />in the use of an existing access requires an Access Approach Permit. Applica- <br />tion for this permit must be made to the District IV Maintenance office at <br />this address.
