Nielsons has applied for 1 C.F.S. absolute, for industrial
purposes, at the site. See case No. W-3065, District Court,
Water Division No. 4, State of Colorado.
2. Information on the well was supplied upon request of the
Land Reclamation staff, Nielsons has not indicated any
need for use of this well.
3. The present reclamation plan, does not call for excavation
below the water table. This can be changed through arrpnr~nant
to the permit at a later date. At this time however, it is
our understanding that rn auc~nentation is rte,; red for
evaporation loss in Colorado.
If further clarification is required, please contact me.
Very truly yours,
NIEL.SONS, INC.
Chris Nofsinger
Engineer
CN:ks

"dN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EBfPLOYEX"
