The pit <br />application is for 9.52 acres and the cmmensurate fee of <br />$131.20 is enclosed. <br />I came into your Mined Land Rec offices this starmer to meet you, <br />but you were out. In your place I asked Mr. Daniel Hernandez to <br />review all the info m~ation I had accumzlated to that time. All <br />the application seemed to be in correct order, save my applying <br />for a ground water well permit fran the State of Colo. State <br />Engineers office. I have taken each Exhibit and the Rules 3 & 6 <br />and answered each step by step. <br /> <br />A copy of the State Engineers well permit app]ication is enclosed <br />along with letter copies fran the Division of Wildlife, the <br />US Army Corp of Engineers and the US Soil Conservation Service. <br />A receipt is also enclosed, separate fran the application, from <br />the A-bffat County Clerk and Recorder's office showing that I <br />have already taken an application copy down their office for <br />public review. <br />
