The following items must be addressed by the applicant in order to satisfy the
applicable requirements of C.R.S. 34-32-101 et seq. IAineral Rules and
Regulations of the Mined Land Reclamation Board

Please provide a detailed description of the previous disturbance on the
site.
2. Please provide a general description of the vegetation found adjacent tc
the site which is probably representative of the site vegetation that
/ was present before mining disturbed. You may wish to contact the S.C.S.
again to provide this information.

before the permit can be approved,

Please provide specific plans for protecting topsoil salvage piles from
wind and water erosion and excessive handling. We recommend placement
of the piles in areas located away from active or future working areas,
grading to 3:1 and less slopes, and revegetating the piles with a
temporary cover of grasses. An appropriate seed mixture could be
recommended by the S.C.S.
/ Z. You have stated that a portable crusher may be installed at the site if
lll/// needed in the future. Please note that if you wish to install a crusher
at a future date, you will need local county approval and a Technical
Revision to this permit. At that time, please contact us for the proper
procedure. Please place the location of the crusher on Exhibit E - Map.
