Application
Dear Messrs. Anderson and Lohr:
On June 1, 1993, the Division of Minerals and Geology received your 112 Regular
Reclamation Permit application package for the Dowe Flats Mine, File No. M-93-041.
Preliminary review determined that the following items must be submitted before
technical review of your application can begin:
EXHIBIT 0 - Source of Legal Right-To-Enter: The documentation demonstrating
right-to-enter the four (4) property parcels were not contained in the permit
application. Please provide the Title Report for the Cotenancy, Peiker-Dickens
and Harroun Properties. Also, provide the document that demonstrates right to
use the Frontier Materials, Inc. property for a haul road.
EXHIBIT S - Proof of Filing with the County Clerk and Recorder: Please provide
an affidavit or receipt indicating the date on which the application was placed
with the local county clerk and recorder.
Failure to submit the items listed above by the initial decision date of
August 30, 1993, will result in a decision to deny your application. You may amend
your application by submitting the requested items. In accordance with Rule 1.5, a
new decision date will be established 90 days from the date of receipt of all
requested items. If you have already initiated publication, you will need to
republish notice which specifies the final date for receiving comments is the 20th
day after the fourth publication or the next regular business day.
This letter shall not be construed to mean that there are no other technical
deficiencies in your application. The Division will review your application to
determined whether it is adequate to meet the requirements of the Act after submittal
of all required items.
