Box 128 <br />Dear Mr. Imboden: <br />Attached is a copy of a letter this Division has sent to <br />Mr. Bob Freitag regarding the completion of Park County's <br />applications to conform to the Mined Land Reclamation Act. <br />According to our records, Park County is one of the only <br />counties still not in compliance with the 1976 law; the <br />State is now trying to wrap up this process. <br />Mr. Freitag has been very cooperative, considering the r~ <br />limited resources available to him.
