Our initial review indicates that all preliminary items required by the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act, Article 32 of Title 32, Sec- tion 34-32- t » itave~been submitted; thus your application has been deemed complete for the purposes of filing on this date. All review and discussion periods as provided in the Act and the Rules b Regulations (as amended, effective July 1978) promulgated Chereunder initiate from [his date of filing, unless you notify us by 12/15/81 that you Irish a later filing, date, as per amended RULE 1.1(10) of the aforementioned Rules b Regulations. The tentative date for consideration of your application by the Mined Land Reclamation Board will be ,Jan. 27-28, 1981 You should commence publication of a notice of filing of this application accordingly (see reverse side for notice format). Notice requirements can be found in RULE 2.2 Because the date for consideration may be subject to revision, please do not include it in your notice. For Limited Impact per- mit applications, the final date for filing of objections, which must be stated is the publication, will be 48 hours before this tentative date for Board consideration. You must also place a copy of this application far public review, less confidential items, with the Otero County Clerk and Recorder. Any subsequent changes or additions to the copies on file in our offices must also be made in this local govern- ment copy.
