Our initial review indicates that all preliminary <br />items required by the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act, Article 32 of Title 32, Sec- <br />tion 34-32- t » itave~been submitted; thus your application has been deemed complete <br />for the purposes of filing on this date. All review and discussion periods as provided <br />in the Act and the Rules b Regulations (as amended, effective July 1978) promulgated <br />Chereunder initiate from [his date of filing, unless you notify us by 12/15/81 that <br />you Irish a later filing, date, as per amended RULE 1.1(10) of the aforementioned Rules <br />b Regulations. Please refer to this RULE concerning local government approval, as yell. <br />The tentative date for consideration of your application by the Mined Land Reclamation <br />Board will be ,Jan. 27-28, 1981 You should commence publication of a notice of <br />filing of this application accordingly (see reverse side for notice format). Notice <br />requirements can be found in RULE 2.2 Because the date for consideration may be <br />subject to revision, please do not include it in your notice. For Limited Impact per- <br />mit applications, the final date for filing of objections, which must be stated is the <br />publication, will be 48 hours before this tentative date for Board consideration. <br />You must also place a copy of this application far public review, less confidential <br />items, with the Otero County Clerk and Recorder. Any subsequent changes or <br />additions to the copies on file in our offices must also be made in this local govern- <br />ment copy. <br />THE STAFF IS CURRENTLY REVIEWING YOUR APPLICATION TO DETERMINE WHETHER THE ITEMS YOU <br />HAVE SDBMITTED ARE ADEQUATE IN TERMS OF MEETING THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE ACT A.`ID THE <br />RULES 6 REGULATIONS.
