Miner's application for a <br />limited impact permit for Builders Aggregate Company, <br />Inc. located in the S'~NE; of Section 31, Township 4 North, <br />Range 5'~8 West of the 6th P.M., Mr. Miner has been in the <br />Zoning Office to discuss requirements for a County permit. <br />I do not foresee any problems with obtaining a permit <br />from the County. It is the time table for the necessary <br />hearings. The Planning Commission will meet on June 8, 1981, <br />then it will go to the Board of Morgan County Commissioners <br />which requires an advertised public hearing.
