Present <br />vegetation is: <br />Big Sage 80% <br />Annual Onion 5% <br />Cheat Grass 15% <br />This site is treeless. Optimum ground cover is 25 percent. Invaders on the <br />site ar-e the annual fescues, annual bromes, pinyon and juniper. <br />"The rolling loam range site surrounding the pit is in poor condition. <br />sage, annual onion and cheatgr•ass are the only plants on the site. <br />Other rolling loam range sites in the surrounding area are in fair to <br />good condition.
