M-77-57!i, <br />M-77-576, M-77-577, M-77-578, M-77-579 and M-80-158 <br />Dear Mr. Bennett: <br />After our telephone conversation last week I reviewed the above referenced <br />files. Enclosed is a September 5, 1986 letter from our Division which stated <br />that these permits would be issued if the County would submit Performance <br />Warranties for them, <br />On June 4, 1487 Mr. Neil Roth of your Department sent us a letter requesting <br />that the files on M-77-576 - Newman Pit and M-77-577 - McAbe Pit be <br />terminated. The MLRO has closed those two files. <br />If you wish to receive permits and operate the other four pits pleasE~ complete <br />the enclosed performance warranties and return them.
